Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do with Pango Creative.
Last updated: July 2026This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Pango Creative Terms of Service. It describes what you may not do with the Pango Creative platform (the "Service") or with the videos and other deliverables we produce for you. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
1. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for everything you submit to the Service and for how you use the deliverables we produce. You must have all rights necessary to the materials you provide, and you must ensure your briefs, your content, and your use of the finished videos comply with this AUP and applicable law.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, or distribute content that:
- is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
- infringes anyone's intellectual-property rights, or uses trademarks, footage, music, images, or brand assets you don't have the rights to use;
- is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other protected characteristics;
- is sexually explicit, or sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way;
- features children — we do not produce videos featuring anyone under 18, even with parental consent;
- promotes self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremism;
- contains malware or is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system; or
- violates the privacy or publicity rights of others, including using someone's name, image, voice, or likeness without authorization.
These rules cut both ways — they are also our commitments. Our team reads every brief and reviews every video before delivery, and we decline or reject projects that cross these lines, including requests to feature children or to use another artist's copyrighted work without permission.
3. AI-Specific Restrictions
Because our videos are produced with AI tools, the following are specifically prohibited. You may not use the Service or its deliverables to:
- impersonate a real person or organization, or create a "deepfake" or other synthetic depiction of a real, identifiable person, without that person's clear authorization and, where appropriate, disclosure that the content is synthetic;
- create content designed to deceive or defraud — including fake endorsements, fabricated "news," scams, or political or election disinformation;
- generate a person's voice or likeness in a way that is misleading or that they have not authorized; or
- present AI-assisted content as something it is not in a way that is deceptive to viewers or that would violate applicable disclosure laws.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- share login credentials or let others use your individual account (add team members instead);
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service itself (as distinct from using the videos we produce for you);
- scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
- probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, plan limits, or usage controls;
- upload content that is unusually large or numerous in a way intended to overload or disrupt the Service; or
- use the Service to build or train a competing product or model.
5. Enforcement
If we believe you've violated this AUP, we may — at our discretion and with notice where reasonable — remove or refuse content, throttle or suspend your access, or terminate your account. Where a violation threatens the Service, other users, or third parties, or where the law requires, we may act immediately and without prior notice. Termination for an AUP violation does not entitle you to a refund (see the Terms of Service). We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
6. Reporting Abuse & Copyright Complaints
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, contact hello@pangocreative.com.
Copyright (DMCA). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our copyright agent at hello@pangocreative.com. We respond to valid notices and maintain a policy of terminating repeat infringers.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. For material changes, we'll provide notice consistent with the Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
