Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pangolin Creative platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including team owners, team members, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Pangolin Creative is an AI-powered video production platform that allows subscribers to submit creative briefs, receive professionally produced video content, and manage their video projects through a web-based dashboard. The Service includes project management tools, file delivery, team collaboration features, and billing management.

3. Account Registration

During Phase 1, Pangolin Creative is invite-only. Accounts are created when a Pangolin account manager invites you via a magic-link onboarding flow. To accept the invite you'll set a password, agree to these terms, choose a plan, and provide payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate associated with your selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice.
• All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a completed video project, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered video content for your business purposes. Pangolin Creative retains the right to use completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. All platform software, design, and branding remain the property of Pangolin Creative.

7. Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service (creative briefs, brand assets, reference materials). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of producing your requested video projects. We will not share your content with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pangolin Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your completed video deliverables available for download for a period of 30 days following termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
