Last updated: July 2026We use the trusted third-party providers below to operate the Service. Each processes personal data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide the Service. Our data is processed primarily in the United States — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We update this page when our providers change.

| Stripe | Payment processing & subscriptions | Billing identity and card data (card data is held by Stripe; we receive only limited details such as the card brand and last four digits) |
| DigitalOcean | Hosting, database, and file storage (DigitalOcean Spaces) | All Service data, and your uploaded files and delivered videos |
| Cloudflare | Security and bot protection | IP address and a verification token from people who submit our forms |
| Postmark | Transactional and service email | Recipient name and email, message contents, and delivery status |
| Third-party AI tools | AI-assisted video production | The materials you submit that are used to produce your videos. These tools are configured not to use your content to train their models. |
